Recognition & Press

Devta Kala Kendra (DEVTA KALAKENDRA PRIVATE LIMITED) is a Startup India / DPIIT-recognised eco-Ganpati maker founded in 2021, and a DGFT-licensed exporter holding Import-Export Code (IEC) AAJCD6094K. We have exhibited at the Mantralaya special eco-friendly festival exhibition in Mumbai and at neighbourhood booking exhibitions in Mira Road. Below: our exhibition stalls, government credentials, regional press coverage, and export-season videos.

Mantralaya Mumbai Special Showcase

Presenting our lightweight Paper Lagda and natural clay models inside Maharashtra State Government Headquarters.

What did Devta show at the Mantralaya exhibition?

At the special eco-friendly festival exhibition held inside Mantralaya (Maharashtra State Government Headquarters, Mumbai), Devta presented its natural Shadu Mati clay and lightweight Paper Lagda models directly to state administrators, police delegates, and thousands of official visitors.

Our founder, Er. Tushar Talari, demonstrated a Paper Lagda model dissolving in a bucket of fresh water at the stall. Because our idols use upcycled paper pulp and natural clay with no Plaster of Paris (PoP) and no chemical paints, they break down in water — letting families in high-rise apartments choose home or balcony visarjan over fragile clay or PoP idols. See how we make them on our manufacturing process page.

DPIIT / Startup India recognition:

Our Startup India certificate of recognition, issued by the Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade (DPIIT), Government of India, was displayed prominently at the stall.

What happened at the Mira Road exhibition?

Local exhibitions are central to Devta's outreach. At our Mira Road neighbourhood booking stalls, local housing society members, mandal coordinators, and families registered bookings for retail and bulk murtis. Societies and traders can also place orders through our wholesale & export desk.

By demonstrating exactly how easy and safe Home Balcony Visarjan is, we empower families to transition cleanly, protecting local ponds and creeks from Plaster of Paris (PoP) pollution.
